I have the right to decline any Commission for any reason.Credit me as "Riezyoe" with a link to either my VGen page and/or my Deviantart.By commissioning me, you are agreeing with the terms. Certain terms can be changed or adjusted through a mutual agreement established prior to the commission.PAYMENTS
If I accept your request, I will send the proposal as soon as possible. It's upfront payment before I started the commission. Whether a full upfront payment, or a payment plan with a split of 50% before sketch and 50% after sketch (for commission above 100 USD). Please state on the DM if you want a split payment.Payments made through the VGen system if commission is inside VGen.Paypal if the commission is outside of VGen (sending invoice)Additional payments that are required after the initial invoice has been paid will be done via VGen's Milestone system before the final Commission is delivered (if inside VGen).REVISIONS
Major revisions (changing the pose or expressions, for example) only approved before we deal the rough sketch. After there is payment and I continue, I can only approve minor changes for it (fixing the color for example).Giving feedback/asking for revisions is the Client responsibility; if there is no feedback within the allotted time, you understand that you are missing the revision period, and I will be moving on with the Commission.You will have the following number of days to respond and provide feedback (except for Skeb-style/surprise me commission):- Sketch Phase: (3 Days)- Color/Render Phase: (3 Days)Any revisions later may incur additional fees. I am not responsible for any delays to the final product caused by delays during each revision period.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I work on projects one by one, following the order of the queue. Please be patient while I complete your artwork.If I complete the commission and there is no response from the client (who is unresponsive for 3-7 days), I will send the final delivery before the guaranteed delivery date (if inside VGen).USE
My commissions mainly for personal use only.I accept any commercial use or private use (I don't publish the art for any reasons ((usually for my portfolio)), but there will charged additional fees for it.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain original copyright and ownership of the Commission, including but not limited to redistributing, advertising, and displaying the Commission on my websites.REFUNDS
I will refunds you if I think I can't finish the work for some reasons. I will refund you for that.COMMUNICATION
After I accept your request form, please be responsive for any questions or WIPs from me. The more responsive you are, the better and quicker I work on your commission.- We use VGen DM as our primary communication medium if commission inside VGen.- Other DM (Discord, DA, X, IG, FB etc) if commission is outside from VGen.
